6 Mile Boonesborough to Proud Mary Race
The 6 mile Boonesborough to Proud Mary Race starts on the beaches of FBSP, goes along the beginnings of the Kentucky River Palisades canyon system, past the beautiful Lower Howards Creek Nature Preserve/Boone Creek, and ends at a boat ramp adjacent to Proud Mary BBQ - site of outdoor recreational festival. This event is the perfect distance and course if you’re looking for an adventurous challenge. Depending on your experience, it will take between 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete the course. This is a great opportunity to get into the racing scene, to push your body, and to see what you can do! Divisions are designed to accommodate every type of craft; recreational kayak, surfski, stand up paddleboard, canoe, outrigger canoes, etc!
Register by March 30th: $45 (SAVE $15)
April 1st - April 25th: $50 (SAVE $10)
April 26th - May 1st: $55 (SAVE $5)
Register by May 2nd: $60
